- •Eat at the hawker centers: a full dish costs 4-7 EUR versus 20+ EUR at a restaurant
- •Buy an EZ-Link card or pay contactless on the MRT with your bank card, much cheaper than taxis
- •Tap water is drinkable: refill your bottle, no need to buy bottled water
- •Alcohol is heavily taxed (beer 8-12 EUR in a bar): take advantage of happy hour or buy at a supermarket
