The Orizn platform (accessible at orizn.app) is published by:

Orizn is a travel application that lets you discover spots, meet other travelers, and share adventures. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern access to and use of the platform.

By creating an account or using Orizn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.

• Platform—The orizn.app website and the Orizn mobile application.
• User—Any individual who creates an account and uses the Platform.
• Content—Any text, image, video, comment, or other element published by a User.
• Services—All features offered by Orizn, including spot discovery, connecting travelers, and planning tools.
• Publisher—Kairos, sole proprietorship of Mathis Higuinen, publisher of the Platform.

Using Orizn requires creating an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained authorization from a legal representative.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these ToS, fraudulent behavior, or prolonged inactivity.

Orizn offers the following features:

• Discovery and sharing of travel spots
• Interactive map with nearby travelers
• Messaging between users
• Travel guides by destination (visa, budget, safety, etc.)
• Publishing stories, photos, and tips
• Community itineraries

Some features may be reserved for paid plans or subject to updates. Orizn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.

By using Orizn, you agree not to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or spam
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures
• Collect other users' data through automated means
• Publish false information about spots or destinations

Any violation of these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of your account, without notice or compensation.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the Content you publish on Orizn. By publishing Content, you grant Orizn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You warrant that your Content does not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, image rights, privacy) and that you hold all necessary rights for its publication.

Orizn reserves the right to moderate and remove any Content that violates these ToS, applicable law, or the spirit of the community.

The Orizn Platform, its design, source code, logos, trademarks, and all graphic and textual elements (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Kairos.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Orizn collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

Orizn is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure the availability and reliability of the Platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Orizn shall not be held liable for:

• Content published by users
• Meetings or interactions between users outside the Platform
• Direct or indirect damages related to the use of the Platform
• The accuracy of travel information (visa, safety, budget, etc.)
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or external events

Travel information provided by Orizn is for informational purposes only. It is your responsibility to verify official information with the relevant authorities.

You can delete your account at any time from the application settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon account deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes.

Orizn reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account in the event of a violation of these ToS, without notice.

Orizn reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. You will be notified of material changes by notification in the application or by email.

Continued use of the Platform after changes to the ToS constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Rennes (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The consumer mediator will be designated at a later date.
